Preview initiated
Catalog sources
Effective in the April 2026 release, the Salesforce Marketing Cloud catalog source is available for preview.
Note:
Preview functionality is supported for evaluation purposes but is unwarranted and is not supported in production environments or any environment that you plan to push to production. Informatica intends to include the preview functionality in an upcoming release for production use, but might choose not to in accordance with changing market or technical circumstances. For more information, contact Informatica Global Customer Support.
Preview lifted
Effective in the April 2026 release, the following catalog source and functionality are production-ready.
•The SAP Datasphere catalog source. Previously, this catalog source was only available in preview.
•The Command Line Interface (CLI) metadata extraction method. Previously, this functionality was only available in preview.
Deprecation initiated
Effective in the April 2026 release, the usage of the following API endpoint to upload data quality scores to data quality rule occurrences is deprecated:
Deprecated functionality is supported, but Informatica intends to drop support in a future release. Informatica requests that you transition to different functionality before the functionality is dropped.
Informatica will continue to support the existing endpoint until the July 2026 release.
Post-upgrade tasks
Google Looker and Qlik Sense Cloud catalog sources
Effective in the April 2026 release, Google Looker and Qlik Sense Cloud catalog sources use a connection created in Administrator.
If your existing catalog sources use a serverless runtime environment, perform the following steps after you upgrade to the April 2026 release:
1Create a connection for the catalog source in Administrator.
2Update the catalog source in Metadata Command Center to use the connection you created.
