The July 2026 release of Data Governance and Catalog includes the following important notices.
Deprecated support
Effective in the July 2026 release, the Preview Data feature privilege is deprecated.
Deprecated functionality is supported, but Informatica intends to drop support in a future release. Informatica requests that you transition to different functionality before the functionality is dropped.
As an alternative to the Preview Data feature privilege, you can enable a Data Governance and Catalog user to view the failed rows for a data quality rule occurrence in the following way:
Configure a user role policy for the user role that grants Read permission on the Data attribute group.
