Assigning a task

If a task is not claimed, you can assign the task to a user. If a stakeholder claims a task, you can reassign the task to another user.
To assign a task, ensure that your organization administrator grants you the Manage Workflow Tasks feature privilege in the Administrator.
    1Open the Tasks Inbox page.
    2In the Tasks section, select the task that you want to assign to a user.
    You can use the Find bar and apply filters to locate the task.
    3On the selected task, click the Assign icon.
    The following image shows the Task Inbox and highlights the icon:
    The Tasks Inbox page includes a Task section on the left-hand in which you can select a task. The selected task opens on the right-hand side and includes the Assign icon.
    4In the Assign Task dialog box, select the user to whom you want to assign the task. You can select a user that has the relevant stakeholder role assigned either directly or through a user group.
    5Click Assign.
The task is assigned to the selected user.
