You can view different types of data quality scores for assets in Data Governance and Catalog. The data quality scores are not immediately propagated during a relationship change between the assets. You can't view the data quality scores for business assets with Obsolete lifecycle status.
You can retrieve data quality scores for business and technical assets in Data Governance and Catalog using any of the following methods:
•CLAIRE GPT. Use a natural-language, agentic approach in CLAIRE GPT to assess the data quality of systems and business data sets. Use CLAIRE GPT when you want conversational, guided results without navigating the interface. For more information, see Data quality agent in Data management agents.
•MCP server. Use the CDGC data quality score server to retrieve data quality scores programmatically from an MCP client or agent. Use the MCP server to integrate scores into AI-driven or automated workflows. For more information, see CDGC Data Quality Score server in Getting Started with Informatica MCP Servers.
•REST API. Call the Get data quality scores REST API to retrieve the scores of data quality rule occurrences. Use the REST API for large-scale, repeatable, or system-to-system integration tasks. For more information, see API Reference in Data Governance and Catalog.
•Data Governance and Catalog. View data quality scores directly on business and technical assets in the Data Governance and Catalog interface. Use Data Governance and Catalog to view data quality scores and perform an interactive and ad hoc review of individual assets.
When there is a change in the data quality score for a data quality rule occurrence, Data Governance and Catalog generates a notification and an email alert. You receive notifications for a data quality rule occurrence status change only if you are assigned as a stakeholder for that rule occurrence.
You can receive notifications for the following changes to the rule occurrences:
•The status changes from good to not acceptable
