Use keywords to look up assets in Informatica QuickLook.
After you log in to Informatica QuickLook, enter keywords in the Search bar. The browser extension displays relevant results from your catalog. The search is limited to 100 results.

To narrow down the search results to specific assets, click the Filters icon and apply the necessary filter options. The filter options that appear depend on the search keywords that you enter in the search bar.

After you apply the filters, the Filter icon displays the total number of filter options that you have applied. The following image highlights the total number of filter options applied on the search:
Click any asset name to see all the details of the asset. The asset opens on a new page in Informatica QuickLook. To understand what each tab on the asset page means, see the Asset Details help. The end of each asset page displays up to 10 more search results that you can access without returning to the search results page.
To see complete details of an asset, such as the lineage of any asset, click the Open in Data Governance and Catalog icon () next to the asset name. The extension redirects you to the asset page in Data Governance and Catalog.

Note: You cannot view some asset types in Informatica QuickLook. Searching for these asset types will return empty results. If you come across an asset type that you cannot view in Informatica QuickLook, you can click the Open in Data Governance and Catalog icon () next to the asset name to open the asset in Data Governance and Catalog.
