On the My Orders page, you can view the details of the data collections that you have ordered and of the new data collections that you requested.
To view this page, verify one of the following prerequisites:
•Your user profile is assigned at least one of the predefined roles for Data Marketplace. For more information about the predefined roles for Data Marketplace, see the Predefined roles topic in the Introduction and Getting Started help.
•Your user profile is assigned a role for which the following privileges and permissions are enabled:
- Access Data Marketplace privilege is enabled in Administrator.
- Read permission is enabled in Metadata Command Center for categories, data collections, data collection requests, orders and usage contexts.
Note: Your administrator may customize the My Orders page by creating a different layout for the page. If you have multiple page layout options available to you, you can use the Switch Layout icon to switch between the layouts to view a different presentation of information on each layout. You can click the Set As Default icon next to a particular layout to set it as your personal default.
1Open the My Orders page.
2On the My Orders tab, you can view the orders that you placed.
The following table describes the fields in the Orders grid:

Order
Reference identifier of the order.
Ordered
Date on which you ordered the data collection
Data Collection
Name of the ordered data collection.
Business Justification
The reason for the requirement of access to the data provided by you at the time of order.
Last Updated
Latest date on which the order was updated.
Status
Status of the order. An order can have one of the following statuses:
- Pending Approval. The order is pending for approval with a stakeholder of the ordered data collection.
- Access Rejected. The order was rejected by a stakeholder of the ordered data collection.
- Fulfillment Stage. The order is approved for fulfillment. A stakeholder of the ordered data collection must deliver the data to you.
- Order Fulfilled. The ordered data was delivered to you.
- Order Cancelled. The order was cancelled.
To filter the orders that are displayed in the Orders grid, click Filter and select the filter that you want to use. After you configure the filter, click Filter again to curate the grid based on how you configured the filter. For example, if you want to view only the orders that are fulfilled, click Filter and select the Status filter. In the Status filter, select the Order Fulfilled status and click Filter again to apply it. After you apply the filter, the Orders grid displays only the orders that are fulfilled.
3To view the details of an order, click an order ID in the Order column.
Depending on the status of the order, you can take the following actions:
- If your order is pending approval, click Cancel Order to cancel the order.
- If your order is rejected, you can place the order again.
4On the Requests tab, you can view the data collections requests that you submitted.
The following table describes the fields in the Requests grid:

Date on which you submitted the request for a new data collection.
Data Collection
Name of the data collection that is the basis of the new data collection.
Business Justification
The reason for the requirement of a new data collection as provided by you at the time of request.
Category
Name of the category in which the new data collection is requested.
Last Updated
Latest date on which the data collection request was updated.
Status
Status of the data collection request. A data collection request can have one of the following statuses:
- Pending Completion. A request for a new data collection is submitted.
- Request Completed. A new data collection was created in response to the request.
- Request Rejected. The request was rejected by a stakeholder of the category or data collection.
- Request Cancelled. The data collection request was cancelled.
To filter the data collection requests that are displayed in the Requests grid, click Filter and select the filter that you want to use. After you configure the filter, click Filter again to curate the grid based on how you configured the filter. For example, if you want to view only the data collection requests that are pending completion, click Filter and select the Status filter. In the Status filter, select the Pending Completion status and click Filter again to apply it. After you apply the filter, the Requests grid displays only the data collection requests that are pending completion.
5To view the details of a data collection request, click the request ID in the Request column.
