You can configure Data Marketplace to highlight efficient stakeholders.

What is a Star Owner?
When stakeholders of a data collection perform their tasks efficiently, Data Marketplace displays a crown on their avatar. This crown indicates that they're a Star Owner. The crown appears on all the pages where the avatar of Star Owner is visible.
Data Users can use this crown to identify collections that belong to efficient data stakeholders, thereby improving their order experience.
How do I configure Star Owners?
To configure Star Owners, verify the following prerequisites:
- Your user profile is assigned one of the following roles:
▪ Technical Administrator
▪ Data Marketplace Administrator
- Your user profile is assigned a role for which the View Set up page and Configure and Manage Data Marketplace privileges are enabled in Administrator.
In the Star Owner section on the Setup > Configuration tab, you can configure the efficiency requirements that a stakeholder must meet to be rewarded with the Star Owner crown.
To configure the efficiency requirements, click Edit button on the Star Owner section and adjust the Order Approval Time and Order Fulfillment Time sliders. After you have set the requirements, click Save.
When a stakeholder's average order approval time or average order fulfilment time is less than what you have configured, Data Marketplace rewards them with the Star Owner crown.
Note: If you set the Order Approval Time slider or the Order Fulfillment Time slider to 0 days, the respective reward is disabled.
