The API Design catalog source can extract metadata by processing JSON and YAML files that conform to the OpenAPI specification. To process the files, the catalog source reads content from the directory or file path that you specify when you configure the catalog source.
Perform the following tasks to ensure the API Design catalog source can access the JSON and YAML files:
1Create or identify a directory on the Secure Agent machine.
2Copy the files to the directory.
When you configure the catalog source, you can specify the path to either a single file or to a folder that contains multiple files.
