Create catalog sources in Metadata Command Center

When you configure a catalog source, you define the source system where you want to extract metadata from. Configure filters to include or exclude source system metadata before you run the job. Optionally, configure other capabilities, such as data profiling and quality, data classification, relationship discovery, and glossary association. To provide stakeholders access to technical assets, you can assign access through stakeholder roles. You can also associate technical assets extracted from the catalog source to asset groups.
