The October 2026 release of Operational Insights includes the following changed behavior.
Time range limit for the Application Integration usage report
When you download the Application Integration usage report in Operational Insights, the time range between the start and end dates can't exceed 13 months. If you request a longer range, the request returns an error that explains the limit, so you know to shorten the range and download the report again.
Previously, a request for a range longer than 13 months returned a success response with no data, which made it unclear whether the limit or the data was the problem.
