The October 2026 release of Operational Insights includes the following important notice and upcoming change.
Dropped support
Effective in the October 2026 release, Informatica drops support for Operational Insights data collection from PowerCenter 10.4.0 domains. Operational Insights no longer collects Domain Stats, Customer Service Management (CSM), and PowerCenter Jobs data from PowerCenter 10.4.0 domains. PowerCenter 10.4.0 reached end of support on March 31, 2024.
