Effective in the July 2025 release, SAP HANA Log-based change data capture for database ingestion and replication incremental load tasks is production-ready. Previously, this functionality was only available in preview on a limited basis for technical evaluation.

If you used this feature previously in preview, your SAP HANA Database Ingestion connection properties will be lost. You'll need to configure your connections again.

We want to let you know that, by October 2025 or later, Data Ingestion and Replication will use the new, simplified configuration wizard for database and application ingestion and replication tasks for all organizations.

To prepare for the change, try the new wizard in your organization before October 2025. Currently, the wizard is available to all existing organizations upon request. To activate the wizard in your organization, contact Informatica Global Customer Support or your Customer Success Manager.

Informatica intends to include this functionality in the October 2025 release but might choose not to in accordance with changing market or technical circumstances.
