Effective in the October 2026 release, the ability to use the product experience agent to extract data from PDFs and enrich records in Product 360 SaaS is production ready.
You can start a conversation in CLAIRE GPT, navigate to CLAIRE Copilot in MDM - Product 360 SaaS, and enrich records using the product experience agent.
The agent can also enrich and classify records by running data quality objectives. After enrichment, you can view a data completion report that shows the number of enriched fields and the number of objectives applied.
Previously, this functionality was only available for preview.
