The April 2025 release includes the following new features and enhancements:
URL fields
You can now specify URL to display digital assets within MDM SaaS applications. You can add digital asset links to the URL fields, which enables you to display digital assets on the record details page and in the record header. You can view thumbnails of digital assets associated with records on the Search Results page, which provides a visual overview of each digital asset.
You can match external data with source records, and then import selected records or all records. The match results appear based on the match model that you select for a business entity.
For example, consider an input CSV file that contains both unique and duplicate records, and you want to import the unique records into your organization. After you match data in the input CSV file with source records, you can preview and analyze the match results to identify and import the unique records.

Share dashboards
You can now share dashboards created by you with other users in your organization. When you share a dashboard, other users can view the dashboard along with its widgets in .
