Enable CLAIRE recommendations to allow in-product recommendations for mapping design.
When you enable CLAIRE recommendations, CLAIRE makes design recommendations based on the current flow of the mapping and anonymous metadata from prior mappings across IDMC organizations.
By default, CLAIRE recommendations are enabled. When you disable CLAIRE recommendations, recommendations are disabled for all users within your organization. You can enable or disable recommendations for your organization at any time.
By default, CLAIRE recommendations are disabled in sub-organizations. Enable and disable CLAIRE recommendations for sub-organizations from within the sub-organization.
When you enable CLAIRE recommendations, Data Integration users can disable recommendations for individual mappings in the mapping designer.
Enabling CLAIRE recommendations allows CLAIRE to recommend transformation types to include in your mapping flow. If your organization uses additional services, CLAIRE can also recommend additional objects, components, or transformations during mapping design.
For example, if your organization uses Metadata Command Center, CLAIRE can recommend the following objects:
•Additional source objects based on primary key and foreign key relationships
•Mapplets and user-defined functions associated with the same data classifications as the source
•Expression transformations to standardize source data
If your organization uses Advanced Integration, enabling CLAIRE recommendations enables the following features:
•CLAIRE-powered configurations, CLAIRE insights, and CLAIRE recommendations for advanced clusters
•CLAIRE-powered runtime strategies and CLAIRE Tuning for mapping tasks that are based on mappings in advanced mode
•CLAIRE recommendations for jobs that run mappings in advanced mode
