Prerequisites

Before you create an Oracle HCM Cloud V1 connection to read from or write to Oracle HCM Cloud applications, ensure to complete certain prerequisites.

Get the WebCenter Content URL

Get the WebCenter content URL where Oracle HCM Cloud uploads the output XML data.
  1. 1From the Service Details section in the cloud environments provisioning email from Oracle, get the URL for Oracle HCM Cloud Setup and Maintenance.
    2. The following example shows a sample URL:
    https://fs-<domain_name>.oracleoutsourcing.com/setup/faces/TaskListManagerTop
  2. 2Remove /setup/faces/TaskListManagerTop from the URL.
    3. The remaining part is the WebCenter Content URL:
    For example:
    https://fs-<domain_name>.oracleoutsourcing.com
Ensure that you copy the WebCenter Content URL and keep it handy to use when you configure an Oracle HCM Cloud V1 connection.

Verify roles

Verify that you are assigned the following roles on the User Account Details page:
