You use custom data services to process customized messages.
To create a custom data service, perform the following tasks:
1In Administrator, download an out-of-the-box data service for the standard form of the same message or for a similar message and unzip the download file to a folder with a unique name.
Note: You can't edit an out-of-the-box service. You must download it and create a new service.
2Edit the files that you downloaded to align with the customized message structure.
3In Administrator, create a custom data service and associate the folder of the customized service files with it.
