API Center includes the following changed behavior in this release:

Rate limit policy status

When you create a rate limit policy, the policy is enabled by default. You can associate the rate limit policy with any API operation. After creating the policy, the policy manager can choose to disable the policy if required.
Previously, you could enable or disable a rate limit policy while creating the policy.

Rate limit changes after upgrade

Some of the rate limit states are either renamed or deprecated. The following table shows the changes to the INLINE (DEPRECATED) rate limits:
