API Center includes the following new features and enhancements in this release:
Services tab in API Console
Use the Services tab to see all the API implementations that are available in Application Integration. The Services tab lists all the processes that you published in Application Integration. You can also view the service name, service provider, provider source name, status, and protocol of the published processes. API Center supports the REST protocol.
Create published APIs for existing Application Integration processes
You can create published APIs from existing Application Integration processes. You can use Services tab in API Center to create a published API using the bottom-up technique. Using the bottom-up technique, API Center designs an API internally and then publishes the API.
Deactivate managed APIs
You can deactivate a managed API when the API is in the active state or partially published state. You can't activate and use a deactivated managed API.
Delete managed APIs
You can delete a managed API when the API is in the deactivated state or created state. If you no longer need a managed API, you can permanently delete the managed API from API Center. All information related to the deleted managed API is removed from API Center.
