Discover and explore data in CLAIRE GPT

Use Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services CLAIRE GPT, a generative AI-powered solution built on the Informatica's AI maching learning engine, to discover and explore data in MDM SaaS.

You can discover business entities and explore metadata attributes of a business entity, such as data quality rules, survivorship rules, and match rules, that are configured in Business 360 Console. You can also explore records of a business entity from Customer 360 SaaS, Product 360 SaaS, or Supplier 360 SaaS. Based on responses from CLAIRE GPT, you can prompt CLAIRE GPT to visualize the data in charts.

Note: To access CLAIRE GPT, enable CLAIRE Generative AI Services for your organization and assign the user to the CLAIRE GPT User user role in Administrator.

Rules and guidelines to discover and explore data in CLAIRE GPT

Consider the following rules and guidelines when you discover and explore metadata and data in MDM SaaS using CLAIRE GPT:

•Ensure that you upgrade Customer 360 SaaS, Product 360 SaaS, or Supplier 360 SaaS to their latest version.
•To search for records based on a specific criteria in CLAIRE GPT, ensure that you set the attributes in business entities as searchable.
•To enable users to view business entities and attributes in CLAIRE GPT, you must assign the read privilege to their user roles.
•You can't discover reference data sets from Reference 360 in CLAIRE GPT.
