Customer 360 SaaS uses a set of predefined assets to help you get started. You can find these predefined assets in the Customer360 and Business360 projects on the Explore page in Business 360 Console.
When you get started with Customer 360 SaaS, it uses the predefined business application called Customer 360. The predefined business application uses predefined user interface components that are designed for the Person and Organization business entities. You can use the Business 360 Console to customize the predefined assets or create custom assets.
By default, Customer 360 SaaS saves the records that users create in the predefined Informatica C360 source system. Customer 360 SaaS also uses some predefined, jobs, processes, and rule specifications.
