Define and run a process hierarchies job

After users update hierarchies, you can run a process hierarchies job to index the records that are part of the hierarchies and to process the inheritance of dynamic field definitions.
    1Click New > Jobs > Process Hierarchies > Create.
    The Process Hierarchies dialog box appears.
    2Specify the job properties, and click OK.
    3On the job page, select the hierarchy that you want to process.
    If the hierarchy that you want to select doesn't appear, ensure that the hierarchy is configured to be searchable.
    4Save the job.
    5To run the job, click Run.
    You can monitor the status of the job on the My Jobs page.
