Creating a job schedule

Schedule a job to ensure that the job executes at a specified time. You can also set a frequency to repeat the job at regular intervals. Ensure that you create a job before creating the job schedule.
    1On the My Jobs page, click Job Schedules > Add Job Schedule.
    The New Job Schedule page appears.
    2Enter the name of the job schedule.
    Each schedule name must be unique within the organization. Schedule names can contain alphanumeric characters, spaces, and the following special characters: _ . + -
    Maximum length is 100 characters. Schedule names are not case sensitive.
    3To select a job, perform the following tasks:
    1. aClick the asset picker.
    2. The Select a Job page appears.
    3. bSelect a project, and then select a job definition.
    4. cClick Select.
    4Select an existing IICS schedule, or add a new schedule. To add a new IICS schedule, perform the following tasks:
    1. aClick New Schedule.
    2. The New Schedule dialog box appears.
    3. bEnter the name and description of the schedule.
    4. cEnter the start date and time of the schedule.
    5. dSelect the time zone for the schedule.
    6. eTo run the job again in a schedule, select a frequency.
    7. fClick Save.
    5Save the job schedule.
