After you run a match and merge job, you can download the match output report as a CSV file. The match output report contains the match and merge details, such as match scores, merge strategy, and declarative rule ranks. You can analyze the report and then update the match configuration to improve matching.
To download match output reports, ensure that you have the necessary privileges.
If the match model is deleted when you download the match report, the match report has the following changes:
•The match model name appears as Unavailable.
•The Match Rule, Description, and Match Criterion columns are blank.
•The match field columns don't appear.
Effective in the May 2023 release, you can preview the records for which the system generates more candidates than the specified limit. For example, when you process 1000 records, if the system generates more candidates than the specified limit for 100 records, you can view those 100 records.
If the record count is high, you can adjust the maximum candidate limit.
Note: Preview functionality is supported for evaluation purposes but is unwarranted and is not supported in production environments or any environment that you plan to push to production. Informatica intends to include the preview functionality in an upcoming release for production use, but might choose not to in accordance with changing market or technical circumstances. For more information, contact Informatica Global Customer Support.
