You can monitor the jobs on the My Jobs page of Business 360 Console and your business applications.
The My Jobs page contains the following tabs:
•Job Instances. Lists the job instances that are currently running, queued, failed, and successfully completed.
•Job Schedules. Lists the job schedules.
You can filter the jobs to find specific job instances. To filter the jobs on the My Jobs page, click the Filter icon, click Add Field, and then select the property to filter by.
You can find specific job instances or job schedules based on the full or partial name, status of the job, or name of the user who started the job. To search for job instances, enter a search value in the find field, and click the Search icon. To search for job schedules, enter a full or partial job schedule name in the find field of the Job Schedules tab and click the Search icon.

By default, the following properties display for each job instance:
Property
Description
Name
Name of the job instance.
Job Type
The type of job that was executed.
Started By
Name of the user who started the job.
Start Time
Date and time that the job started.
End Time
Date and time that the job completed or stopped.
Status
Status of the job instance.
To view the job details, click the job instance name.
