You can grant read-only access to Informatica Global Customer Support for a specific period.
When you grant access, support users can view metadata on the Explore, Business Events, and My Jobs pages of Business 360 Console. The support users can't edit the data on these pages. You can set the period for which you want the access to be valid and also revoke access at any time.
Grant access to Global Customer Support
To troubleshoot issues, you can grant read-only access to Informatica Global Customer Support.
1Click Global Settings > GCS Access.
The GCS Access page appears.
2Grant read-only access to Global Customer Support.
3Set the date and time until which you want the access to be valid, and click OK.
4Click Save.
Revoke access to Global Customer Support
You can revoke read-only access to Informatica Global Customer Support at any time.
1Click Global Settings > GCS Access.
The GCS Access page appears.
2Revoke read-only access to Global Customer Support.
