Introducing Customer 360 Extension for SAP

An MDM SaaS extension is a ready-to-use package that streamlines and accelerates the implementation of MDM SaaS. Use an extension to reduce implementation time, enhance data quality, and achieve faster business outcomes.
You can use Customer 360 Extension for SAP to integrate Customer 360 SaaS and SAP and process the SAP records in Customer 360 SaaS. Leverage Customer 360 Extension for SAP to standardize and consolidate customer records. The extension uses the Organization and Person business entities to store SAP records. You can configure SAP to synchronize records with Customer 360 SaaS in batches.
Use Customer 360 Extension for SAP to achieve the following goals:
Import SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA records
You can import customer and Financial accounting (FI) customer records from SAP ECC and business partner records from SAP S/4HANA into Customer 360 SaaS. After you import the initial load, you can also import incremental changes from SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA into Customer 360 SaaS.
Master and export SAP ECC records to SAP S/4HANA
You can master customer and FI customer records from SAP ECC and business partner records from SAP S/4HANA in Customer 360 SaaS. You can then export them to SAP S/4HANA as business partner records in batches.
Synchronize records between Customer 360 SaaS and SAP S/4HANA
You can create and process records in Customer 360 SaaS and export these records to SAP S/4HANA as new business partner records. When you update records in Customer 360 SaaS, you can export the incremental changes to the records in SAP S/4HANA.
