Customer 360 for Insurance is a ready-to-use package that extends the capability of Customer 360. The package can include business entities, reference data, relationships, custom pages, jobs, source systems, and Data Integration assets to support the jobs. You can use an extension as a template to get started with Customer 360.

Use Customer 360 for Insurance to achieve the following goals:

Use the predefined match model and data quality validation rules to master the records. For example, you can create an enterprise view of the master data across multiple policies and claim systems.
