Consider the following guidelines before you import the extension assets:
•Set up the prerequisite MDM SaaS application.
•Import the extension assets before you customize your data model in MDM SaaS because the import process overwrites your customization and predefined assets.
•When you import the extension assets in an environment that already has an extension with the same business entities, the assets of the existing extension are overwritten. You can safely import multiple extensions that use different business entities and in different business applications.
•After you import the extension assets, consider them as your custom assets.
•After you deploy an extension, you can't upgrade to a newer version of the extension.
