The application also includes predefined business events to trigger the sample workflow when users create or update a bond or equity record. Based on your business requirements, use different workflows for different bond or equity properties.

Sample workflow to create a record in Securities 360
Securities 360 includes a sample workflow to create a record in Securities 360.
When a data steward creates a record, the record is sent to an operations manager for reviewing the record data. If the operations manager finds that the record information is incorrect or inadequate, the operations manager can send the record back to the data steward. If the operations manager approves the record, the record is sent to the business data owner. After the business data owner approves the record, the record is created and is active in MDM SaaS.

Securities 360 includes a sample workflow to update a record in Securities 360.
When an investment analyst updates a record, the record is sent to a data steward for reviewing the record data. If the data steward finds that the record information is incorrect or inadequate, they can send the record back to the investment analyst. If the data steward approves the record, the record is sent to the operations manager. If the operations manager finds that the record information is incorrect or inadequate, they can send the record back to the data steward or investment analyst. If the operation manager approves the record, the record is sent to the compliance manager. After the compliance manager approves the record, the record is created and is active in MDM SaaS.
