Changed Behavior

The April 2026 release includes the following changed behaviors:

Source records

You can now manually merge source records that you consider as potential matches to create a master record even when these records are disabled for matching. The match and merge status of the merged source records remains unchanged even after you manually merge them.
Previously, you couldn’t merge source records that were disabled for matching.
For more information about merging records, see Merge master records.

File import

When you import records with field values that exceed the maximum field length, the import process rejects the records in the transform step.
Previously, when you imported records with field values that exceeded the maximum field length, the import process truncated the values to fit within the maximum field length.
For more information about importing records, see Import all data.

Dependent facets

When you filter search results, the field values displayed in the filter panel depend on the search results. When you select a field value as a filter, the values in other filters update dynamically to show only relevant values.
Previously, the filter panel displayed all values for a filter, regardless of the search results.
For more information about facets in search results, see Filtering search results.

Match and export data

You can now run multiple match and export jobs simultaneously.
Previously, you could run only one match and export job at a time.
For more information about matching and exporting data, see Match and export data.
