The October 2025 release includes the following new features and enhancements:
Source records unmerge
When you unmerge source records from the master record, you can allow the source records to merge back into the master record they were unmerged from. By default, the source records don't merge back.
For more information about allowing unmerged source records to merge back into a master record, see Unmerge source records.
Source records management experience
You can now use the new experience of the Source Records page to better manage source records. You can show or hide fields for a more focused view of source records. Also, you can view dynamic fields, apply more filters, and navigate field groups easily.
Merge and unmerge task reviewing experience
You can now use the new experience to review merge and unmerge tasks in the workflow inbox. The new experience offers a more organized merge preview that highlights contributing source records.
Saved searches and templates
You can now mark your saved searches and templates as favorites for quick and easy access. MDM SaaS moves the saved search or template that you mark as favorite to the top of the list.

You can now get notifications when users in your organization update or delete shared dashboards. Additionally, MDM SaaS sends notifications when a shared dashboard is made private. To get notifications, the shared dashboard must be added to your Home page.

Also, you can add up to 100 custom dashboards in your organization. If your organization reaches the limit, delete an existing custom dashboard, or contact your administrator.
The match and export process includes the following enhancements:
•When multiple master records match external data in the CSV file, you can now choose to export record pairs that have the highest score or record pairs that are matched by the highest-ranked rule.
•You can now save field mappings with business entity fields and CSV columns that you selected to export.
You can now use the Match Analysis and Explainability dashboard to explore record pairs based on their source systems and the match rules that matched them.
The Match Analysis and Explainability dashboard displays the following details for a business entity:
•Source System. A graphical summary of number of record pairs categorized by source systems. The summary also shows the number of source records that didn't match with any records. Additionally, you can filter record pairs by source systems and explore individual record pairs.
•Match Model. A summary of record pairs based on rank-based Directed AI match rules, threshold-based Directed AI match rules, and Adaptive AI match models. You can explore and analyze record pairs to fine-tune match model configurations.
