The Dashboards tab on the Reports and Dashboards page displays a list of custom dashboards that you create and the dashboards shared with you by other users in your organization.
You can view the list of dashboards created by you on the My Dashboards tab and the dashboards that are shared with you by other users in your organization on the Shared Dashboards tab. You can sort and filter the dashboards based on the field and column names respectively.

The following table lists the different user interface elements that you can find on the My Dashboards tab:
User Interface Elements
Description
Refresh
Refreshes the Dashboards page. The newly created custom dashboards appear only after you refresh the page.
Filter
Lists the names of the columns based on which you can filter dashboards. You can select the fields based on which you want to filter the dashboards.
Sort
Displays dashboards based on the selected field in ascending or descending order.
Actions
Lists the following actions that you can perform on the dashboard:
- Share. Shares a dashboard with other users in your organization.
- Add to Home. Adds a dashboard to the Home page.
- Edit. Opens a dashboard to edit it.
- Delete. Deletes a dashboard.
To view a dashboard created by you or a shared dashboard, click the dashboard from the Dashboards tab. The dashboard opens on the dashboard page. Based on your user role permissions, you can view the chart details, and edit, or remove widgets on the dashboard.
Viewing chart details
From the dashboard, you can see an overview of the source data used for creating the charts. The source data comes from the reports that display information about your records. The overview includes the report data in tabular format, report details, schedule details, and the chart associated with the report.

2Click the dashboard you want to view from the My Dashboards or the Shared Dashboards tab.
The dashboard opens on the dashboard page.
3To view the report details of a widget on the dashboard, click View on the widget.
The report details page appears. You can see an overview of the report data in tabular format, report details, schedule details, and the chart associated with the report.
