Guidelines for using the product experience agent
Consider the following rules and guidelines when you use product experience agent in CLAIRE Copilot for MDM SaaS:
- •Ensure that you have access to the fields that you want the agent to enrich.
- •Before you start a conversation, open the record you want the agent to enrich.
- •Upload only one PDF in a prompt. You can upload multiple PDFs across different prompts in the same conversation.
- •After the agent creates and enriches a draft of the record, ensure that you publish the draft manually because the agent can't publish it for you.
