OpenAir Connector recommends that you use the OpenAir data dictionary to read the data type access and fetch values from the OpenAir objects.
You need to define the custom object in the Web Service Definition Language and create the metadata stub if your OpenAir account has a custom object.
While handling reserved characters in advanced data filters, you need to be careful using special characters.
You need to include the custom object entry in the properties file OpenAirCodes.properties in Secure Agent connector path under the section TABLENAME.
When you use special characters follow the following rules:
- •Single quote (‘) must precede with /
- •Double quote (“) must precede with \
- •Use \\ for backslash
- •Use // for forward-slash
