Fixed Issues

The tables in this section describe recent fixed issues for Informatica Intelligent Cloud ServicesData Profiling. Not all releases include fixed issues.
The following table lists the fixed issues in the October 2025 release:

CP-14185
An exception task fails in the following scenario:
  • - The task contains rule specifications that use different precision values.
  • - The task writes exception data to local storage.
CP-14015
You can't select a source mapplet in a data profiling task if you specify only Read permission for mapplets on the Data Integration service in the runtime environment.
CP-13820
When you delete filters from a data profiling task that you previously imported and you re-import the task, Data Profiling duplicates any rule occurrence that the previous task created in Data Governance and Catalog.
CP-13787
When you specify the instance name in a Microsoft SQL Server connection and you run a profiling task that reads data over the connection, the task fails.
CP-13723
When you re-import a data profiling task that includes filters, Data Profiling creates duplicate filters and the import fails.
CP-12948
When you run a profiling task on a source mapplet that uses an Amazon Redshift connection, the task fails.
This issue occurs when you configure the direct read mode as an advanced property on the Amazon Redshift source.
CP-4123
Onscreen profile elements such as the Definition tab and the profile run results on the Results tab can take longer than expected to load. The issue occurs if your organization has a large number of connections, such as over 1,000 connections.
CP-12681
When you re-import a data profiling task that includes rule occurrences, Data Profiling doesn't retain primary and secondary data elements attached to the rule occurrences in Data Governance and Catalog.
CP-12665
When you run profile on a mapplet that includes a Snowflake source object with a custom query, the job fails with the following error: Profile job failed with error null.
CP-12385
When you create a profile for a JDBC V2 source with the JDBCV2_MariaDB connection, and apply a filter on the Date or Timestamp column, the profiling task fails with an error. (April 2024)

You can download logs for profiling jobs if the Logs - View and Download feature is not enabled for your role on the Monitor service.
