Preview lifted
Effective in the April 2025 release, the ability to discover and explore the MDM SaaS metadata and data is production ready.
You can discover business entities and explore metadata attributes of business entities in MDM SaaS. You can also explore records of a specific business entity in Customer 360 SaaS, Product 360 SaaS, or Supplier 360 SaaS.
Note: Informatica intends to include this functionality in May 2025 or later but might choose not to in accordance with changing market or technical circumstances.
Conversation archival for performance optimization
Effective June 1, 2025, your conversations older than six months will be moved to archive to enhance system reliability and optimize performance. The archived conversations will not appear in CLAIRE GPT. To retrieve the archived conversations, contact Informatica Global Customer Support.
