Preview lifted
Effective in the April 2026 release, the data cleansing and data quality rule generation skills of the data quality agent in CLAIRE GPT are production ready. Previously, this functionality was only available in preview.

Preview initiated
Effective in the April 2026 release, the ability to use the product experience agent to extract data from PDFs and enrich records in Product 360 SaaS is available for preview.
You can start a conversation in CLAIRE GPT, navigate to CLAIRE Copilot in MDM - Product 360 SaaS, and enrich records using the product experience agent.
The agent can also enrich and classify records by running data quality objectives. After enrichment, you can view a data completion report that shows the number of enriched fields and the number of objectives applied.
Preview functionality is supported for evaluation purposes but is unwarranted and is not supported in production environments or any environment that you plan to push to production. Informatica intends to include the preview functionality in an upcoming release for production use, but might choose not to in accordance with changing market or technical circumstances.
