Viewing, editing, renaming, and deleting a saved SQL query
View, edit, rename, or delete a saved SQL query on the Explore page.
1On the Explore page, navigate to the saved SQL query.
2In the row that contains the saved SQL query, click Actions and select one of the following options:
- - To view the saved SQL query, click View. The saved SQL query page opens.
- - To edit the saved SQL query, click Edit. The saved SQL query page opens.
Edit the query as needed, validate, and save the query.
If you change the database type or connection, you will need to validate the query again.
- - To rename the saved SQL query, click Rename. The Rename Asset window opens.
Enter a new name in the Name field and click Save.
- - To delete the saved SQL query, click Delete. A confirmation message appears.
Click Delete to proceed with the deletion.
If the saved SQL query is used in a test case, you must first remove it from the test case, and then delete the saved SQL query.
