You can re-assess an already assessed repository directly from the Explore page.
When you re-assess a PowerCenter or Model repository, the conversion status of successfully converted assets and the assessment details from previous runs remain unchanged. If you have converted some assets before re-assessing a repository, CDI-PC retains the conversion status and the latest assessment result of the repository shows the conversion status of the converted assets as successful.
Note: CDI-PC does not retain the conversion status of failed conversion tasks.
When you create an assessment task to re-assess a repository, the reassessment job runs with the same task name as the previous assessment task, but with an incremental run ID. For example, if you re-assess a repository with a previous assessment task named AssessmentTask-A, the re-assessment job runs with the task name AssessmentTask-A and the run ID AssessmentTask-A_1. You can compare the results of the assessment runs by downloading the assessment reports from the My Jobs page.
