Monitoring a bulk update job
When you run a bulk update task, a bulk update job is created. You can track the status of the job in the My Jobs page.
1On the left navigation menu, click My Jobs.
A list of jobs appear.
2Use the search option to find the bulk update job that you want to monitor.
3Optionally, you can use the filter option to filter the jobs by type and status.
The type for bulk update jobs is Bulk Update Task.
4Click the bulk update job name that you want to monitor.
The job detail page appears that displays the summary and properties of the job.
5On the left pane, select a workflow.
The right pane displays the asset details within the workflow.
6Click the Task Name link.
The Task Details page appears displaying the following information:
- - Bulk update operation and asset type
- - Task name and description of the task
- - Location of the task
- - Project and folder containing the assets
- - Type of operation for the export metadata tasks
- - Template file location and the Excel file to be updated for the update metadata tasks
