The April 2026 release of Data Quality includes the following changed behavior.
Verification engine upgrade
The verifier asset,Verifier transformation, and Cloud Address Verification API use version 6.8.0 of the Informatica Address Verification engine. Additionally, the engine now supports up to 2000 API calls per minute while maintaining the same response time.
Previously, the verifier asset,Verifier transformation, and Cloud Address Verification API used version 6.7.0 of the engine.
Product objective updates in the deduplicate asset
The Product Name and Product Description index keys are required fields for the Product objective.
Previously, the Product Name index key was a mandatory field and the Product Description index key was an optional field.
Documentation enhancements
The contents of the following documentation modules are available in the newly created Data Quality Assets module:
•Cleanse assets
•Deduplicate assets
•Labeler assets
•Parse assets
•Rule specification assets
•Verifier assets
The Dictionaries module is renamed to Data Quality Dictionaries.
