Sample conversation

Let's look at a sample conversation to show how to enrich a record using CLAIRE Copilot.
Your organization has an incomplete record named Blower LXT in Multidomain MDM. You want to enrich this record with data from a product brochure and from external sources through configured objectives.
  1. 1In Multidomain MDM, open the record that you want to enrich.
  2. 2Start a conversation with CLAIRE Copilot to enrich the record, and enter the following prompt:
    3. Enrich this record.
    The CLAIRE Copilot panel shows a comprehensive enrichment plan with steps for enrichment using a PDF and objectives. The conversation also shows options to proceed with the plan or modify the plan.
    The product experience agent uses the product enrichment skill and displays a comprehensive plan to enrich the record.
  3. 3Click Yes, proceed with the plan, upload a PDF, and submit the prompt.
    4. The CLAIRE Copilot panel displays cards, such as Data Extraction and Identified Objectives.
    The agent extracts data from the uploaded PDF and enriches the record. After the agent completes enriching the record, the record appears in the draft state. CLAIRE Copilot also displays cards, such as Data Extraction and Identified Objectives. The Data Extraction card displays details, such as extracted values and enriched fields. The Identified Objectives card displays objectives that you can run to classify or enrich the record.
  4. 4Click the Identified Objectives card, and select the objectives that you want to run.
    5. The objectives that you select appear in the prompt box.
    The Identified Objectives workspace shows the CLAIRE-Based Enrichment Objectives section with one objective selected and the Non-Claire Based Objectives section with two objectives selected, each displaying Name and Description columns.
  5. 5Submit the objectives that you selected.
    6. If you run an objective that classifies records, CLAIRE Copilot displays the Hierarchies the Record Was Assigned to card.
  6. 6To view the hierarchies that the record is assigned to, click the Hierarchies the Record Was Assigned to card.
    7. CLAIRE Copilot also displays the names of other objectives that it ran successfully. The agent then identifies the empty fields in the record and searches the Internet for relevant information.
  7. 7To view the details of the data completion report, click the Data Completion Report card.
    8. The Data Completion Report workspace shows the details, such as the number of extracted values, summary of objectives that ran, and the number of enriched fields.
  8. 8To save the changes, publish the record.
