The May 2025 release includes the following changed behaviors.

Internal names of attributes

To generate an internal name for an attribute, Reference 360 removes spaces or special characters from the attribute names with alphanumeric characters and uses the remaining alphanumeric characters.
If there is a conflict with an existing internal name after the removal of spaces and special characters from the attribute names, Reference 360 appends numbers starting from 1.
Previously, Reference 360 removed spaces or special characters from the attribute name and always appended numbers starting from 1 to the internal name.

User interface

Reference 360 includes the following changes to user interface elements:

Resize columns on the Definition tab of a code list
You can now resize the columns on the Definition tab of a code list to view the complete name of a reference data set or code list.
Previously, you couldn't resize the columns on the Definition tab of a code list.
Code values that contain multiline string fields
Reference 360 now displays multiline string fields of code values in a single line.
Previously, the multiline string fields of code values overlapped with adjacent rows in the table.
Icons in the Change Order dialog box
The Change Order dialog box now displays Move Up and Move Down icons above basic rule associations to change the execution order of the rule associations.
