Viewing data quality status of a record

To assess the quality of a record and monitor the rule associations linked to it, you can view the data quality status of the record.
For example, you can check the data quality status to identify rule associations that didn't run on a record or that failed with the Exception status. You can also check the data quality status to view rule associations that ran successfully but need your action to accept or reject the recommendations from CLAIRE.
Note:
You can view the status of objectives and rule associations that are enabled in an objective group.
A rule association can have one of the following statuses:

You can view the statuses of rule associations associated with a record to understand the quality of the record.
    1On the record page, click Actions, and then select Data Quality Status.
    The Data Quality Status dialog box appears.
    The following image shows the statuses of sample rule associations that ran on a record:
    The Data Quality Status dialog box shows four rule associations and their statuses. The Validate and cleanse NDC - RA rule association shows the Validation Error status. The Generate PCID-RA and Generate MCID-RA rule associations show the Success status. The Check If Code Contains Special Characters rule association shows the Not Run status.
    By default, the dialog box shows the rule association names, the objectives that the rule associations belong to, the rule association type, and the statuses.
    2To view the statuses of rule associations that ran on the master record, select Master Records from the View For list.
    3To view statuses of rule associations that ran on a specific source record, select the source record from the View For list.
    4To understand why a rule association failed with the Exception status, right-click a column, and select the Exception Details column.
    5To display additional information, such as input fields and output fields, right-click a column, and select the relevant columns.
    6To filter the entries based on criteria, such as objective, rule association, and status, perform the following steps:

    2. bClick Add Filter, and then choose one of the following options:
    3. cEnter a value for the selected criteria.
    7To search for an entry based on a keyword, such as the name of a rule association, type the keyword in the Find box.
