Authentication
Effective in 10.5.3, you can configure the MetaDex framework to use native authentication within the domain.
Previously, you could use only LDAP authentication.

Scanner connection names for the Informatica Intelligent Cloud Service and PowerCenter scanners
Effective in 10.5.3, the scanner connection names for database-sourced connections in the Catalog tool are the same as in the ETL source system for the Informatica Intelligent Cloud Service and PowerCenter scanners.
Previously, the connection names were created from the DB/SCHEMA format.
