Read this section to learn important notices for the Informatica installer in version 10.5.3.
Informatica Deployment Manager
Effective in version 10.5.3, you can use Informatica Deployment Manager to manage the domains and nodes associated with existing Informatica Data Quality deployments running on Kubernetes. Additionally, you can use Informatica Deployment Manager to apply Emergency Bug Fixes (EBFs) to Informatica Data Quality domains running on Kubernetes.

Install Integration Packages
Effective in version 10.5.3, the Informatica installer doesn't include Hadoop or Databricks integration packages in the installer files. You can choose the packages that you want and install them along with Informatica installer or later through the Integration Package Manager. You can install the packages when you install, upgrade, or apply the hotfix to Informatica services and the Informatica clients.
The Informatica domain and client require the integration packages to push processing to Hadoop or Databricks, to process complex files within the Informatica domain, or to connect to Hadoop when you process within the Informatica domain.
