Step 6. Set Up User Access to Rules
To be able to apply rules while preparing data in Enterprise Data Preparation, users must have access to the data quality rules.
Assign Enterprise Data Preparation users read permissions to the folder in the Model repository that contains rule objects and metadata.
You can use the Analyst tool or the Developer tool to assign users the read permission on the folder. You might want to create a group containing all Enterprise Data Preparation users, and then assign the read permission on the folder to the group.
