Glossary Administration Overview

Administrators create glossaries, delete glossaries, change templates, and migrate glossary content in the Glossary and Library workspaces.
The service administrator and glossary administrator administer glossaries. The service administrator creates glossaries and assigns a glossary administrator to each glossary.
A glossary administrator performs the following glossary administration tasks:
Glossary customization
Customizes how the business term and policy properties appear to glossary consumers. A glossary administrator can create properties, create custom relationships, and change the position of the properties in the policy and term layout.
Glossary import and export
Exports the business terms or policies to an .xlsx file to move the current glossary to another glossary. Imports a glossary to the current instance from a source .xlsx file.
