Enable or Disable Viewing of Logs

When you installed Axon, you might have chosen not to enable viewing of the Axon logs. You can enable the viewing of logs after installation. Similarly, if you enabled the viewing of logs during Axon installation, you can disable this option.
To enable the viewing of logs, go to the <INSTALLATION_DIR>/bin location and run the following command:
sh enableLogging.sh
When you enable the viewing of logs, users with the SuperAdmin profile can view the Axon logs in the Logs section of the Admin Panel.
Note: If you choose to enable viewing of logs, make sure that the Linux system has 28 GB of memory. For more information on the requirements to run Axon, see the System Requirements topic in the Axon Data Governance 7.0 Installation Guide.
To disable the viewing of logs, go to the <INSTALLATION_DIR>/bin location and run the following command:
sh disableLogging.sh
When you disable the viewing of logs, the Logs option does not appear in the Admin Panel.
