Unlock Locked Users
If a user enters incorrect login credentials 5 times in a row, Axon locks the user account, and the user cannot log in to Axon. You can unlock Axon users that have been locked out of their accounts.
You must have the SuperAdmin profile to perform this task.
1. From the Axon toolbar, click the Admin Panel menu item under your user name.
2. In the menu on the left, under the Operational Management category, click Locked Users.
3. In the Locked Users page, select the users that you want to unlock, and click Unlock.
4. Optionally, run the following command in the Linux environment to unlock a single user:
